Alecia + Deen | Toronto Wedding

November 19th, 2011

It was cold, windy and things were running late, it wasn’t exactly the best scenario for a wedding. However, when you saw Alecia and Deen, their faces told a different story – the day was perfect.  :)     Tweet

Lora + Chris | Old Mill Inn | Toronto Wedding

Even with 4 other weddings happening that day and 4 other nervous couples running around, it wasn’t hard to find Lora or Chris in the madness. The two looked fantastic and it was easy to spot them with their giant smiles! Shooting at The Old Mill Inn was also refreshing. I love the classic architecture and genuine rustic feel of the place. A welcomed change from the churches I’ve been at all summer! I had a blast shooting their wedding! Thank you Lora & Chris for letting me be a part of it! I wish you guys all the best!

Natalie + Warren | Yorkville Wedding

October 16th, 2011

It’s 3:48am at the time of writing this. I think I’m tired but don’t really want to stop working. I get into these crazy editing zones where I can just go all night and not be tired. It’s also really exciting when I get to go through photos like these and see everything come together. [...]

It’s 3:48am at the time of writing this. I think I’m tired but don’t really want to stop working. I get into these crazy editing zones where I can just go all night and not be tired. It’s also really exciting when I get to go through photos like these and see everything come together. The only danger of being up so late is the urge for snacking. Sometimes I wish I had a small constant supply of Jello already made in my fridge… But back to the important stuff!

Meet Natalie and Warren. Natalie and I went to high school together and it’s been awhile but when we got together earlier this year, it felt like not much has change. She’s still the fun, energetic and bubbly girl I knew in school. When I met Warren and saw how he was, I just thought the two of them were perfect. During their engagement session and through out their wedding day, the two of them always had the biggest smile on their face. You could really see how happy and excited they were. A really fun wedding to shoot! It’s was great being able to laugh and hang out with them all day. It’s not work when the day flies by :) Bride, groom, bridal party, families, everyone was so easy to work with! Heck, even the random hotel people were friendly and let me and my second shooter roam around the place and shoot. It was a good day!  Now this is the girly side of me speaking, I seriously loved her hair! Actually I loved the whole look, so elegant and so classic. They both looked pretty darn sharp :) And how’s this for awesomeness, check out the typewriter they had at the reception! So bad bum! :) Thanks to Sassafraz restaurant for the great food and location!

Thank you Natalie & Warren for letting me be a part of your big day! I wish you guys all the best!
